Celebration Residential Owners Association ("CROA")

CROA (Annually) $980.68 / (Quarterly) $245.17
Everyone pays the same master HOA amount; house, condo, townhouse, duplex, and triplex all pay the same amount. Applicable Service Area Fees are additional. See below.

Celebration Community Development District

CCDD is responsible for the maintenance of roadway lights, performs street cleaning, common area landscaping maintenance, alleys, and maintains public parks and trails that are not owned by Celebration Residential Owners Association. CCDD also maintains the lakes, performs aquatic weed control, operates stormwater retention areas and the drainage system in Celebration and provides some Osceola County services, such as mosquito control.
